 | Moris Roti - Vice President, Operations The leader of the APS operations team has been at the centre of the At-Store Reclamation system since 1998. Moris Roti is responsible for all aspects of managing the day-to-day operations of the APS fleet and the people who staff them – more than 24 vehicles and over 50 staff serving 3000 locations across Canada every week. He has been integral in the development of APS data tracking systems and routing systems. He is responsible for fleet management, driver training, and he oversees APS' safety program. APS’ four Regional Operations Managers report directly to Moris. |
The At-Store Reclamation system demands a high level of customer service, logistics expertise, and the highest possible efficiency from each component of the system – from vehicles to staff, from route planning to data collection. Moris finds and implements those efficiencies. Moris holds an advanced diploma in Computer Information Systems from Humber College in Toronto. Prior to joining APS he held progressively responsible positions in foodservice and has four years of retail grocery experience, including two years spent in management. |
